SDE Featured Presenter

Rose is an accomplished educator and author. She has been a district, state, and national education speaker and is a veteran district trainer. As an adjunct instructor with Old Dominion University, Rose teaches the next generation of teachers the fundamentals of children's literature and elementary methods. Her newest book, Sing Out Loud America, encourages children to learn about the contributions of great Americans through song.
